We seek an experienced 3D Artist Designer to fill a newly created role in our team. This is a Remote Position that will allow you to have the freedom to work anywhere you want. Will partner with our Founder, Ivan Franco, and other key team members to oversee and manage all aspects of client projects.

As a 3D Artist Designer, you will:

  • Strong sense of color, lighting, design, characters and food

  • Team player, able to take direction, work toward very specific objectives with minimal supervision

  • Can self manage and meet deadlines when under pressure

  • Be a team player and willing to work with other artists' and programmers


  • Create 3D models in both low and high-polygon counts, depending on the project.

  • Create textures for modeled material using diffuse, specular and normal maps, and use good UV layout distribution to maximize quality

  • Understand and respect the identity and techniques of the project as established by Directors

  • Implement models using shaders and commercial or custom real-time lighting solutions for models to be used both in games and in cinematics

  • Create assets used for art direction and gameplay prototypes

  • Work directly with the programming and game design teams in the implementation process to ensure optimal use of polygons, shaders and textures 

  • Pitch creative concepts to internal and external clients

  • Participate in client calls and meetings


  • 2-5+ years design experience with design-related field

  • Excellent eye for highest quality 3D artwork

  • Proficient in 3D Max, Fusion 360, Blender, Keyshot or other 3D software

  • Exceptional understanding of human and non-humanoid anatomy and a keen eye towards form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regards to modeling

  • Ability to model, rig and animate complex but realistic high-rez & low rez scenes, characters and background items

  • Ability to model, rig and animate complex but realistic food

  • Familiar with current gen graphics

  • Ability to create textures for use with various shaders (specular maps, normal maps, etc.)

  • Good sense of volume, lighting and materials

  • Ability to work as a team player with designers, developers and producers

  • Highly collaborative with an excellent work ethic to produce deliverables with speed and excellence in a fast-paced environment

  • Extreme attention to detail, including top-notch organizing and multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

  • Experience in concept ideation, brand design and design strategy

  • Well versed in design concepts, process, theories, and trends

  • Strong communication skills

Nice to Haves

  • Experienced with designing motion graphics in AfterEffects or similar software

  • Passion for beautiful, well designed products and technology
